60 Minutes - Cranial sacral therapy (CST) is sometimes also referred to as craniosacral therapy. It's a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column. The client remains fully clothed. The therapist uses gentle pressure techniques to assess the existence of possible disruptions and/or restrictions in your fascial system.
60 Minutes - Exfoliates off dead skin cells. Encourages the body’s natural hydration to work more efficiently. Improves skin’s ability to absorb nutrients. Improves skin tone and clarity. Enhances blood and lymph circulation. Relieves stress and promotes positive feeling.
30 Minutes - Focuses on draining lymph vessels and nodes of the face and neck to purify fluids which can relieve chronic inflammation. Great for seasonal allergies.
30 Minutes - Meant to be scheduled after being assessed during full body session with massage therapist. Focuses on one problem area.
75 Minutes - A light touch massage relaxing the connective tissue and warming tissue fluid so that it moves into the lymphatic system & stimulates lymph vessels to contract on their own. In this process, toxins, metabolic waste and chemicals are removed from tissues. Great for someone with chronic inflammation, secondary edema, or recovering from surgery or injury.
60 Minutes - Hot stone massage therapy helps melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation and metabolism. Hot stones, when coupled with massage, also help to expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. It's used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.
60 Minutes - Prenatal massages are generally considered safe after the first trimester, as long as you get the green light from your practitioner and you let your massage therapist know you're pregnant.
Postpartum massage occurs within the first 12 weeks of giving birth. A full body massage can be given in any position and can be adjusted for your comfort. A trained therapist will help facilitate your massage and create the best complement to your post-delivery care.

60 Minutes - Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, and/or ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

Add on to any traditional massage - Cupping is defined as a vacuum of negative pressure applied with flexible silicone cups that bring circulation and remodel Myofascial tissue below the skin to generate physical change and drawing out toxins and releasing stagnated blood. The silicone cups do not require heat or flame as compared to glass cupping to create a vacuum.
15-Minutes, up to 2 areas - Kinesiology taping can have positive physiological effects on the lymphatic and circulatory system, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints. Kinesiology tape stabilizes the injured area by lightly adhering to the skin and applying pressure to the tissues the tape is wrapped around. It gently allows the free flow of blood and lymphatic fluid which helps decrease inflammation and pain. It increases circulation, improves muscle support and athletic performance.
30 Minutes - Benefits: Use to treat arthritic pain, muscle and joint pain, muscle tension, decrease inflammation and increases micro-circulation.
